President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has appointed two new Deputy Ministers in line with the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Office of the President and Cabinet has announced.
Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr Martin Rushwaya, said the appointments were made in terms of the law.
“In terms of Section 104, Subsection (2) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has appointed the following Deputy Ministers,” Rushwaya said.

The appointments are as follows:
- Mutimbanyoka Kiven, MP, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development.
- Fred Moyo, MP, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Development.
The appointments take effect immediately.
