Police Launch Manhunt for Murd£r Suspects in Chitungwiza & Gokwe– The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has appealed for public assistance in locating two suspects wanted in connection with separate murder cases in Chitungwiza and Gokwe.

In a statement, police said:

“Police in Chitungwiza are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Anxious Bhonda (30) who is being sought in connection with a case of murder which occurred in Unit J, Zengeza.”

Bhonda allegedly stabbed 26-year-old Troy Chipuriro on the hand and leg following an argument over a girlfriend. The victim reportedly died on the spot.

Meanwhile, in Gokwe, police are searching for Nathan Nyoni (21) in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred at Mutambisi Business Centre on 24 February 2026.

“The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim, Takudzwa Kadirongo, with a sharp object on the chest following an argument over USD5.00. The victim d!ed on the spot,” the police said.

The ZRP has urged anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of the suspects to report to their nearest police station.
