PICTURES: Mutare haulage truck accident claims four lives – A devastating accident occurred this afternoon near the Robert Mugabe Way/Aerodrome Road roundabout in Mutare, where a haulage truck transporting cement veered off the road and overturned.

According toThe Manica Post, four people, believed to be pedestrians, are feared d€ad after being struck by the out-of-control truck.

Eyewitnesses say the victims were walking along the roadside when tragedy struck.

Five other individuals sustained injuries and were rushed to Victoria Chitepo Provincial Hospital for medical attention.

Meanwhile, the truck driver and two passengers reportedly escaped with minor bruises.
