Ngwere Yaramba Kukwira Ndege: Silent Killer’s Mysterious Airport Incident Shocks Fans

In a startling turn of events, Zimbabwean Zimdancehall artist Silent Killer, born Jimmy Mudereri, left fans and promoters bewildered after refusing to board a flight where he was scheduled to perform at the UK SAMA Festival today, April 19th, 2025, as part of the main event at Ramgarhia in Leicester.

The festival featured a lineup of Zimbabwean artists, including Alick Macheso, Mambo Dhuterere, Selmor Mtukudzi, Voltz JT, Blot, Nisha T, DJ Sab, and Fatha Ansy.

Despite having all travel documents in order Silent Killer checked in for his Ethiopian Airlines flight but then returned to his car, citing a premonition that the plane would explode.

He subsequently locked himself in an airport restroom, leading to concerns about his mental well-being.

This incident adds to a series of controversies surrounding Silent Killer.

In July 2024, he was arrested for fraud after allegedly accepting payment for a performance he did not attend.

Additionally, he has faced criticism for unauthorized renditions of Leonard Dembo’s classic songs, prompting warnings from the late musician’s widow.
