Manhunt Launched for Woman in Viral Child Ass@ult Video  – The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is appealing for information to help identify on a woman who appeared in a viral social media video assaulting a young child.

Community sources say the woman is from Bocha, Muchisi area in Manicaland, and was allegedly beating the child for “eating bread at a neighbour’s house.”

The minor is said to have been living with the aunt after the parents separated.

The ZRP confirmed they are handling the case and condemned the @buse.

In a statement, police said:

“The ZRP has taken note of a disturbing video circulating on social media platforms, showing a woman severely ass@ulting a minor whose hands and legs are tied. The ZRP strongly condemns such inhumane and degrading treatment of children. Investigations are underway to identify the suspect involved and ensure that the law takes its course. The public will be informed of further developments.”
