Man Stabbed to Death While Relieving Himself in Bush Due to Blocked Toilets

A tragic incident occurred last week when a 42-year-old man, John Nazaza, was fatally stabbed in a bushy area close to Munyaradzi High School in Kadoma.
He was taken to Kadoma General Hospital but sadly succumbed to his injuries.
According to family representative Leo Nazaza, John was attacked by two unknown assailants while seeking privacy during an upset stomach.
The attackers stole his cellphone before fleeing towards the nearby railway line, reports H-metro.
“John usually went to the bush nearby because our toilets have been blocked for some time,” Leo explained.
“He had taken his small phone to use as a flashlight. When our family heard, we rushed to find him lying in a pool of blood, but he was still alive.”
John’s death has raised concerns about the blocked toilets in the area. Leo expressed that this incident could have been avoided if proper sanitation facilities were available.
“He was buried on Saturday at Rimuka Cemetery,” added Leo.
Local councillor Albert Chitsa acknowledged the toilet issues in the area and promised that city authorities are working to fix the persistent plumbing problems.
“It’s a tragedy that John lost his life in such a cruel manner. We are making this a priority to ensure better sanitation services in Ward 3,” he stated.
