Kwekwe Man Sentenced for Brutal Private Part Assault

Kwekwe Man Sentenced for Brutal Private Part Assault – What began as a simple debt dispute in Mbizo spiraled into chaos when Tinomutenda Jubani (26) took matters into his own hands—quite literally—by launching a violent @tt@ck on his debtor’s private parts.
The bizarre incident unfolded in the early hours of March 22, when Jubani, reportedly frustrated by repeated excuses and unfulfilled promises, stormed into the victim’s home.
What followed was nothing short of shocking. Instead of words or warnings, Jubani delivered a savage beating, targeting the man’s groin with relentless fury.
“It was horrifying,” recalled one neighbour. “We just heard a commotion, then screams. The man was in agony.”
The victim was left with serious injuries to his manh00d, requiring urgent medical attention. The incident sparked public outrage and a swift response from authorities.

Jubani was soon arrested and dragged before the Kwekwe Magistrates’ Court, where he was convicted of assault. The court handed him an 18-month sentence, suspending six months and converting the remaining year into 420 hours of community service.
The National Prosecuting Authority weighed in on the matter, cautioning citizens against violent confrontations.
“Debts can be frustrating, but violence—especially of this nature—is never the solution. Seek lawful channels, not personal retribution.”
