Justin Bieber Breaks Silence on P Diddy Allegations, Denies Being a Victim – Pop star Justin Bieber has publicly addressed the swirling rumors linking him to disgraced music mogul Sean “P Diddy” Combs, firmly denying any claims of @buse and expressing sympathy for confirmed victims.
This follows the start of Combs’ highly publicized se.x trafficking and racketeering trial in New York earlier this week. The rapper, 55, has denied all allegations against him.
In a statement issued through his spokesperson on Thursday, Bieber made it clear that he was not among Combs’ victims.
“Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him. Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve,” read the statement released to TMZ.
Sources close to the Canadian singer told TMZ that Diddy never abused Bieber, and emphasized that their interactions were largely performative and professional. The insiders claimed Justin had a closer relationship with Diddy’s sons than with the rapper himself.
A resurfaced video from their earlier years reignited the conversation, showing Diddy and a then-underage Bieber spending “48 hours” together, which many fans found unsettling. In the clip, Diddy says, “He’s having 48 hours with Diddy… it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream.” He also claimed he had “custody” of Bieber for that period—despite having no legal guardianship.
Social media was flooded with criticism, with users labeling Diddy’s behavior as “creepy” and “disturbing.” Some accused Hollywood of enabling power imbalances involving minors.
Another old clip shows Diddy confronting a 16-year-old Bieber about not calling or spending time with him like before. Bieber nervously responded, explaining that Diddy never had his number.

A source close to Bieber told DailyMail.com that the singer is deeply affected by the allegations and has emotionally shut down.
“Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it, so he has shut off. So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him,” the insider revealed.
The source added that Justin regrets working on Combs’ 2023 project, The Love Album: Off the Grid, saying he would never have agreed to it had he known about the alleged crimes.
“He had a long break from Diddy when he believes most of this took place… he had distanced himself from him,” the insider added.
In recent years, fans have speculated that Bieber’s 2021 ballad Lonely might hint at traumatic experiences from his youth.
