Humongous Manhood Cop Ordered for Mental Check After Alleged Indecent Rampage

A Fort Rixon police officer accused of exposing his “humongous manhood” to married women and groping their backsides has been ordered to undergo psychiatric evaluation before standing trial.

Sergeant-Major Richard Ndokanga, 48, stationed at Fort Rixon Police Station in Matabeleland South, appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Takudzwa Gwazemba last week facing five counts of public indecency.

He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Prosecutor Sibusisiwe Sithole told the court that Ndokanga must be examined by two State doctors to determine whether he is mentally fit to stand trial.

“We need to be sure the accused is not cuckoo before trial proceeds,” Sithole submitted.

Ndokanga’s lawyers from Ruvengo Maboke and Company swiftly applied for bail, arguing that their client was suffering from an acute stress-induced dissociative state at the time of the alleged offences.

They insisted he could not fully appreciate the wrongfulness of his actions.

The defence team described him as a law-abiding officer with a fixed address in Gweru who was neither a flight risk nor a threat to witnesses.

“He will not interfere with State witnesses, nor return to Fort Rixon compound,” the lawyers assured.

But the women’s testimonies left the packed courtroom stunned.

Their accounts painted a chilling image of a uniformed predator gone rogue, allegedly using his manhood as a weapon of intimidation.

According to B Metro, one complainant broke down in tears, saying: “He should be jailed for a long time. I still have nightmares about what I saw.”

Some women said they believed Ndokanga did not use his knuckles to knock on their doors, describing the noise as “a soft rumbling, drumming sound.”.

Others claimed his giant manhood looked like the result of an enlargement experiment gone wrong.

One woman said she was so traumatised by the sight that she now crosses the street whenever she sees a man in uniform.

The alleged spree began on 17 September at 1PM, when Ndokanga reportedly stormed into the home of Sithokozile Lusinga in the police compound.

He allegedly demanded entry into her bedroom, and when refused, grabbed her breasts before retreating.

The next day, he allegedly targeted Cathrine Moyo, pretending to borrow soap.

After receiving it, he followed her inside, stripped naked, and allegedly dangled his manhood in her face.

Moyo’s terrified screams brought neighbours rushing.

Hours later, Ndokanga allegedly prowled into a sports bar and pressed his exposed manhood against Privilege Sibanda’s backside, whispering that he wanted her to be his wife.

Sibanda yelled for help and the sergeant fled.

That same evening, he allegedly entered Lindiwe Siziba’s hut, stormed her bedroom, and shamelessly waved his private parts around.

Siziba fought him off before sprinting to the police.

The final victim, Musawenkosi Sibanda, gave perhaps the most shocking testimony.

She said Ndokanga arrived at her home, stripped completely naked, and told her: “I want to show you how big it is.”

Musawenkosi said she bolted out of the house, still haunted by the disturbing encounter.

The bizarre case has shaken Fort Rixon, with residents branding Ndokanga “a disgrace to the uniform.”

His trial now hangs on whether two government doctors certify him mentally fit.
