The drama escalated last Sunday when Zvenyika returned from the gym to find his home nearly emptied. Jesman had taken most of the household furniture, including a kitchen unit, wardrobe, blankets, and the festive season’s food supplies. She also left with their three children, aged 12, 8, and 3.

Speaking to H-Metro, a heartbroken Zvenyika admitted he’s struggling to process the betrayal. “Ndasvikowana imba yave dongo mukoma,” he said.

“Dzimwe pfungwa dziri kuti ndiuraye vaviri ava because ini vatondiurayawo nezvavaita but an Advocate I train at the gym has been counselling and advising me to go the courts route.”

The affair came to light after Zvenyika took Jesman’s phone to a technician for repairs, uncovering explicit chats between Jesman and Jamanda. Some messages were too graphic to publish, but one from Jamanda read,

“ndinokutyora musana shamwari. Ndatoipa mazuva ano.”

Jesman admitted to the affair when contacted by H-Metro, explaining that Zvenyika had found the messages on her phone. “Babamukuru vakahaker fone yangu saka vaona mamesage, manzi muratidze ruzhinji rweZimbabwe here?” she asked the reporter.

Despite the evidence, Jamanda showed no remorse, reportedly suggesting Zvenyika should divorce Jesman if he felt she was cheating. One of the recovered messages read,

“Nehuwandu hwevakadzi sure zviriko here? Ini wangu adaro anoenda kumusha kwake bhudhi, ini kwandiri she said she is a single mother.”
