FIFA workshop in Dubai set to improve football coaching standards

International football governing board FIFA’s coaching development team will be joined by technical experts from all continents in Dubai for a technical development workshop.

The Dubai workshop will see technical leaders from the USA, Australia, Brazil and Senegal sharing their findings after conducting pilot programmes in their respective constituencies.

FIFA’s head of Coaching Development Branimir Ujevic said the overall long-term aim of the workshop is to raise the standards of football coaching education

Ujevic added that the workshop comes at a time when the FIFA president made a pledge of making the game truly global through the alignment of standards and benchmarks across the world.
