Diddy Hit with New Sexual Assault Allegations

Sean “Diddy” Combs is embroiled in fresh allegations of rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault following a series of lawsuits filed on Monday in New York federal court.
The lawsuits, brought by two women and four men, contain claims that span from 1995 to 2021, with many incidents reportedly occurring at parties hosted by the music mogul.
The unnamed accusers allege that some assaults took place during high-profile events attended by celebrities and artists.
Mr. Combs’ legal team has vehemently denied the allegations, asserting in a statement to the BBC that he “has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
One lawsuit details the experience of a 16-year-old who attended a party in the Hamptons in 1998. The accuser recalls being thrilled to receive an invitation to the A-list event and describes encountering Diddy during the gathering.
He alleges that after engaging in conversation about the music industry, Diddy demanded he undress. This lawsuit includes a photo of the two together at the party, with the teen’s face blurred out.
Another lawsuit involves a woman who claims Mr. Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004 when she was a college student. She alleges that after meeting him at a photoshoot, he invited her and a friend to a private party, where he subsequently assaulted her despite her repeated objections.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing over 100 accusers, is suing Mr. Combs for various sexual offenses, including claims from minors, under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
Mr. Combs is also facing federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, with a trial tentatively scheduled for May 2025. He has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16.
