Bulawayo Man Arrested for Possession of 1.9kg of Crystal Meth

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has arrested a 39-year-old Bulawayo man for the unlawful possession of 1,900 grams of crystal meth.

According to a statement posted on the ZRP Twitter account, Tigors Tyoron Seigfried was apprehended after a thorough search at his residence in Chemford, Matshehlope, Bulawayo.

The search yielded a substantial haul of crystal meth, which was found in the suspect’s house.

The ZRP confirmed that Seigfried is expected to appear in court to face charges related to the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

The arrest is part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat the trafficking and possession of illicit substances in Zimbabwe.
