BREAKING NEWS: Advanced A Level Results Out – Here is How to Check Your 2025 ZIMSEC A-Level Results Online – The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council has ‘released’ the 2025 Advanced Level examination results.

According to ZIMSEC board chairperson Professor Paul Mapfumo, the 2025 A-Level results will be available online today at 4pm on the ZIMSEC portal.

Checking your 2025 ZIMSEC Advanced Level results is now easy and can be done online using the official ZIMSEC results portal.

This guide is written in simple language to help students, parents, and guardians understand each step clearly.

Important Notice

The 2025 A-Level results will be available online from today, Friday, 9 January 2026, for five days only. After that period, results will no longer be accessible online and will have to be collected from your school.

What You Need Before You Start

1. Make sure you have the following details ready:
2. Centre number (6-digit code for your school)
3. Candidate number
4. Your date of birth
5. Correct name order (Surname first)

If the ZIMSEC Website Is Not Opening

Sometimes, when many people try to access the site at once, you may see a message saying:

This site can’t be reached.

This usually means the system is busy. Don’t panic—just wait a few minutes and try again.

Option 1: Check Your Results Using the Main ZIMSEC Website

Step 1: Open the ZIMSEC Portal

Go to: https://www.zimsec.co.zw or https://dcmv1.zimsec.co.zw/

Step 2: Click on “View Results”

This will take you to the results section.

Step 3: Select Your School’s Region

Choose the region where your school is located.

Step 4: Register as a New User

Click on “Register as a New User” if this is your first time.

Step 5: Enter Your Details Correctly

Fill in the form carefully:

1. Centre Number
2. Candidate Number
3. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
4. Name order: Surname first, then First Name, then Middle Initial (if any)

Make sure you select:

Session: November

Level: A-Level

⚠️ If your name order is wrong, you will see an error saying “Candidate details not found.”

Step 6: Create a Username and Password

Your username must include at least one capital letter and one number

Choose a strong password

Write down or screenshot your login details so you don’t forget them

After filling everything in, click Register.

Step 7: Log In

Use the username and password you just created and click Log In.

Step 8: View Your Results

Click on “Candidate Results” at the top of the page.

Your 2025 A-Level results will appear on the screen.

Step 9: Save or Print Your Results

Take a screenshot or print the page so you have a copy before the portal closes.

If the main ZIMSEC website is not opening:

Use the link that matches your school’s region

Follow the same registration and login steps explained above
