Body Of Woman Found Under Bridge Sparks Police Investigation

HARARE – The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified woman whose body was discovered under a bridge on Poland Road in Gletwin, Highlands, Harare, on April 3, 2025.

According to a statement posted on the ZRP’s official Twitter handle, the body of the woman was found with bruises on her neck and right arm, as well as a wound on her forehead.

The police have described the case as a suspected murder and urged anyone with information that could assist in the investigation to come forward.

Authorities emphasized the importance of public cooperation to identify the victim and uncover the events leading to her death.

Investigations are ongoing.
