Anthony Edwards’ Baby Mama Denies Rumor of 18-Year Lump Sum Child Support Payment

Anthony Edwards’ Baby Mama Denies Rumor of 18-Year Lump Sum Child Support Payment – Ayesha Howard, the mother of one of Anthony Edwards’ children, has dismissed rumors that the NBA star sought to pay 18 years of child support in a single upfront payment.

Speculation about the alleged arrangement spread across social media, particularly on X, but Howard clarified in a statement that no such offer or legal proceedings had taken place. “There are no court documents, motions, or agreements regarding such terms,” she stated.

Edwards, a Minnesota Timberwolves star, was confirmed as the father of Howard’s daughter, born in October 2024, following a paternity test in December.

In February, he filed for custody or visitation rights, though the matter remains unresolved.

The 22-year-old athlete is already a father to three children with three different women.

He welcomed a child with Draja Carlyle in September 2023, another with Shannon Jackson in March 2024, and now Howard’s daughter. Additionally, a fourth woman, Ally D, claims she has proof that Edwards fathered her child, born in October 2023.

With his earning potential set to soar—especially with an expected supermax contract—it’s not far-fetched to assume Edwards would want to address financial obligations early.

However, for now, the claim of an 18-year lump sum payment remains pure speculation.
