Aaron Motsoaledi Dismisses Dr Nandipha’s Claim SA Cops ‘Abducted’ Her In Tanzania

Motsoaledi said Magudumana and Bester had been “declared prohibited immigrants in terms of the immigration laws of Tanzania and were therefore, as a matter of law, liable to be deported back to their country of origin, which is South Africa”.

Motsoaledi said Tanzanian authorities said “they no longer want [Bester and Magudumana] in Tanzania, they must move. But they further said they will never hand them over to police in SA or the army…because if they do so, they will be doing the process called … rendition.”

Magudumana says she was “abducted” from Tanzania by SAPS.

“On the evening of the 12th April 2023, I was told that I was going home, and ultimately I was blindfolded and taken to an airport in Tanzania…I can confirm that I was taken to the airport in Tanzania by members of SAPS”
